Concrete countertops were chosen in this salt lake city remodel for their warmth and organic feel, as the designers find value in the subtle color variation and movement typically found in raw, architectural concrete.  Such a finish harmonizes the contemporary (detail) and craftsman theme of the kitchen and "great room".
